Flipkr Refund Policy

All transactions on Flipkr are final once confirmed by both parties. Please review this policy carefully before initiating any deals.

No Buyer-Initiated Refunds

  • Once a deal is finalized and payment is released, refunds cannot be initiated by buyers
  • The 2.5% platform fee is non-refundable in all cases
  • Disputes after deal completion must be resolved directly between parties

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

  • Sellers may cancel deals before payment release
  • Full refunds (minus 2.5% fee) are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Buyers will be notified immediately of any cancellations

During Escrow Period

Seller can cancel deal → Full refund (minus fee) initiated

Refund Possible

After Buyer Confirmation

Payment released to seller → No refunds possible

No Refund

Disputed Transactions

Must be resolved between parties → Flipkr does not mediate
